Approach and Methodology

With six decades of experience in agricultural construction we we know that each project will have its own unique challenges. That's why our team work closely with you to understand your requirements and develop a bespoke plan to successfully deliver the works with minimum disruption and maximum value.

1. Initial Site Visit

We begin the process with a site visit and detailed discussion of your objectives. Our discussion will cover specifications, operational requirements, timescales and budget.

2. Design Proposal

The information gathered from the site visit will be used to form a design proposal for the works. This will include first draft drawings with estimated costs and timescales.

The design often inspires further discussion and following your feedback we will incorporate any changes or refinements.

3. Formal Quotation

Once the design is agreed we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs in our quotation.

4. Construction

Works will be conducted by our in-house team. We continually invest in new plant, machinery and staff training to ensure that we have the capability to overcome any unforeseen obstacles and keep your works on schedule.

The team carefully plan logistics before site mobilisation commences and throughout the works we keep you informed with regular progress updates.

Upon completion of works we will rapidly de-mobilise the site, and ensure the safe and efficient removal of all machinery and equipment. Unless otherwise arranged we remove any refuse arising from our works.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We have worked for farmers, land owners, and land agents for sixty years. Our staff understand the importance of privacy and we treat all enquiries and works in strict confidence.

Safety and Environment

Reducing environmental impact is a core value of White Horse Contractors. We
